Client Waiver & Informed Consent Agreement

This Agreement is between the client ("you") and Catherine Pulitano trading as Beyond Walls Collective (ABN 82 940 585 715) regarding participation in coaching and family constellation therapy services. By proceeding with any session or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Service Disclaimer

1.1 Catherine Pulitano is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or legal professional.
1.2 The services offered are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1.3 Coaching and family constellation therapy are alternative wellness modalities and should be approached with that understanding.

2. Informed Consent

2.1 You voluntarily choose to participate in coaching and/or therapy sessions, acknowledging they may bring up personal or emotional topics.
2.2 You are solely responsible for any decisions, changes, or actions you take as a result of these sessions.
2.3 If you are under psychological or psychiatric care, you agree to inform your practitioner and obtain their support before proceeding.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 You release and indemnify Catherine Pulitano and or associates of Beyond Walls Collective from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising from or related to your participation in sessions.
3.2 This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, misunderstandings, or personal decisions made following the session.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent.
4.2 Exceptions include situations where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm to yourself or others.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
5.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.
5.3 Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Any disputes or concerns will be addressed first through informal communication and goodwill.
6.2 If necessary, legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By proceeding with a booking or participating in a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
